To register an account on Vensy e-Mall as vendor, you need to have a registered business/company, valid email address and cell phone number. Registration process is so simple, you have to click a registration tab from home page of Vensy e-Mall then click vendor registration, you will see a vendor registration form and fill all required text fields.

To register an account on Vensy e-Mall as a customer, you need to have a valid email address and cell phone number. Registration process is so simple, you have to click a registration tab from home page of Vensy e-Mall then click customer registration, you will see a customer registration form and fill all required text fields.

3. How do I login as a vendor?

In order to login as vendor, firstly you need to be registered on Vensy e-Mall as a vendor. You need email address and password that were entered during the registration process. You have to click a login tab then click vendor login where you have to enter the required credentials

5. How do I change password on my vendor account?

From vendors login page, you have to click on "forget password" the system will send you an auto-generated password to your email address then you have to use that password to login as a vendor, after logging in, click manage profile from left side of the vendor's dashboard, scroll down up until you reach "Change Password" section

6. How do I change password on my customer account?

From home page click login and on the login page, you have to click on "forget password" the system will send you an auto-generated password to your email address then you have to use that password to login as a Customer, after logging in, click my profile from the top right side of the home page, on my profile page, click on edit profile then you will see The "Profile info" tab then click "Change Password" section which is located on the "Profile info" tab/section, then enter the password which you were sent and type in the new password which you prefer.

1. What delivery options for Vensy e-Mall have?

Vensy e-mall is in partnership with a number of courier companies in South Africa and our default delivery option is Parcel Ninja and Banalo trading.

2. How much is delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs are charged at R 90.00 country-wide.

3. Does Vensy e-Mall deliver to other international countries?

Yes Vensy e-Mall does deliver internationally through our logistic partners Banalo trading.

4. Is it possible to track my order?

As soon as order has been placed and confirmed by our suppliers, our delivery partners Parcel Ninja will send you an e-mail with tracking details. If no notification or e-mail has not been sent, please feel free to contact us.

N.B: 

The tracking details will only be available and active as soon as your payment has been authorized.

Unfortunately you can not change the delivery address after the order has been placed

currently you can not order a product that is out of order

Unfortunately after you have placed an order you can not make any changes. 

3. Is it possible to cancel an already placed order?

In an event where you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, you will not be able to cancel an order that is already in transit. Although you can return the order after receipt and state the nature of your problem with regards to the order in question.

Currently you can not pre-order any product on Vensy e-Mall.

Vensy e-Mall uses a payment gateway called MySmartCash for B2B(Business to Business) transactions. For Customers to Vendors payment Vensy e-Mall uses PayFast and PayPal payment gateways.
